Position: PC Specialist

Department: Information Services
Hours: Full Time (Week-ends, evenings and nights required)
Summary: The PC Specialist will assist in providing hardware and software support in the installation and configuration of all PC workstations and printers. The PC Specialist will serve as a primary contact for Help Desk calls and will escalate calls to the appropriate resources, when necessary. Will also seek to provide a high availability of network services through the efficient use of resources.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent PC Support experience. Eighteen months experience is required. Must be able to do heavy lifting, stand and walk for long periods.
