The Behavioral
Health Services referral process has been streamlined to offer
easy access. If you have a patient in need of our services,
simply call (606) 886-7631 or 1-866-886-7631. The Assessment
Coordinator will assess the patient. After completion of the assessment,
a determination of treatment will be discussed with the Medical
Director and the patient may then be admitted. If for some reason
the patient does not meet criteria for the unit, a lower level
of care will be offered and appropriate or community resources
will be given. A follow-up appointment will be made with the Primary Care
Physician regarding the disposition of the patient.
Staff...
Our dedicated multi-disciplinary team of qualified professionals
work with the patient and referral source to develop an integrated
treatment plan that follows through discharge and aftercare.
Because we offer a continuum of care, our patients can be
followed with the same multi-disciplinary approach in our outpatient programs.
