Dr. Daryl S. Larke
Prestonsburg – More than 100 guests, employees and physicians attended an Open House honoring Dr. Daryl S. Larke on Thursday, November 5, 2009. The event was held in Dr. Larke’s office suite on the second floor of the Highlands Regional Medical Office Building.
Dr. Larke, who specializes in Orthopaedic surgery, recently established his practice in Prestonsburg after working a number of years at Community Orthopedics in Norton, Virginia. He completed his residency in Orthopaedics at the Cleveland Clinic and received his Board Certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Larke’s practice will center on surgical and non-surgical treatments of fractures, arthritis, sprains, strains and tendonitis, and among the procedures which he makes available are knee and shoulder arthroscopic surgery, knee and hip replacement, carpal tunnel release and foot surgery.
The Open House featured food, tours of the facility and door prizes.
