Highlands Regional Medical Center welcomed the first baby of the year on January 1st. Ethan Conner Blake was born on January 1st, 2012 at 11:58AM and he weighed in at 5lbs, 8oz. For being the first baby of the year, young Ethan and mother Chrissy received a gift basket and a savings bond to provide a good start. Highlands welcomes the new member of our community and wishes Ethan and his family the best.
