Director of Food & Nutrition Services / Full Time
Directs and manages the entire nutrition and food service department including the food court, patient food, catering, personnel, kitchen staff, nutrition, nutrition education, and support personnel.
A Bachelor’s degree in food service administration or equivalent experience, seven to ten years of progressively responsible food service administrative experience. Also, CDM preferred, but not required. A strong culinary, and financial management abilities and people skills also required. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
