Patient Access Representative / PT
Assists customers in the registration process by providing prompt, courteous service. Responsible for the accurate collection and input of necessary information from patients or their designee and relaying that information to appropriate departments and physicians. Establishes caring and pleasant image of the organization for patients, family members and other customers.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Experience in a general medical setting desirable. Typing, computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology preferable.
