POSITION
SUMMARY: |
Identifies, communicates and performs Medical Record review for quality improvement and utilization review. Serves as contact person for all initial, concurrent and retrospective review. Able to do all functions in the Department as Discharge Planning, cover for Social Worker and Occupational Services Coordinator. Able to do Case Management as requested and needed. |

REQUIREMENTS: |
Graduate of accredited nursing program and currently licensed in the state of Kentucky, Bachelor of Science Degree recommended. Must have at least five (5) years of Nursing experience with good knowledge of general nursing theory and practice. Recommend Case Management Certified and CPR certified. Must be able to do heavy lifting, stand and walk for long periods. |
