Delivers nursing care for patients according to Kentucky Practice Standards and under supervision of an R.N. Records and reports all observed symptoms, reactions, treatments and change in patient’s condition to the R.N. Demonstrates knowledge regarding emergency measure for sudden adverse development in the environment and/or patient. Assists physicians with special tests and procedures. Provides direct care for patients in a transitional care setting. Insures confidentiality of patient information and records.
