POSITION:

Registered Nurse Operating Room

DEPARTMENT:

Surgical Services

HOURS:

Full Time

(Weekends, evenings, nights required)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Clinical Manager of Surgical Services and/or her designee, assumes the peri-operative role in providing care to patients, experiencing surgical intervention using the nursing process.

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of accredited nursing program and currently licensed in the state of Kentucky. Must have successfully completed HRMC’s RN Operating Room nurse orientation program. Must be able to do heavy lifting, stand and walk for long periods.
