The Guest Services Supervisor (GSS) will serve as the initial primary personal contact for guests arriving at key entry points in the hospital. It is the job of the GSS to meet the needs of the guests. In order to accomplish this, the GSS must have comprehensive knowledge of the hospital services, their locations and key resources available to assist any hospital customer. The GSS will utilize computer systems and other resources to determine appropriate destination for guests and will have primary responsibility for directing the initial “traffic” in the facility.
