POSITION:

Central Sterile Technician

DEPARTMENT:

Central Sterile

HOURS:

Full Time Temporary

(Week-ends, holidays and nights required)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Central Sterile Supervisor, has the responsibility to render specified technical skills necessary for the processing of supplies, equipment, and instrumentation used in the care and treatment of patients of all ages.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Completion of Central Sterile Training Program preferred. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and do heavy lifting.
