- Monday through Thursday 6:00am to 9:00pm
- Friday
6:00am to 8:30pm
- Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Sunday
from 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Rates: Individual $30, Family $45
Discount rate of $20 single, $35 for family for the
Following groups: Students, 55 and older, Law
Enforcement, Military and
HRMC employees.
Age limit : The age limit is 12 and anyone
under 13 must have permission from parent/guardian
The Wellness Center features Cardio, Flex Circuit
Training, and Free Weights. Trained staff members
are available for questions during all
open hours
of operation.
